"Finding the right cleaner can be challenging to say the least. After a false start with another cleaner, we are delighted that we found Shireena through Excel Cleaning. Our house is always spotless after her visit. She is completely reliable and treats the house like her own, which means she notices the little extras and does them without having to be asked. We are absolutely delighted with her and would highly recommend her to anyone. Shini from Excel checks in with us regularly to make sure all is okay. After the false start with another cleaner through Excel, they were so apologetic (even though it was not Excel's fault) and found us Shireena within a couple of days. When the new cleaner came, a supervisor came with her and they cleaned the place together so thoroughly we barely recognised it when we came home! "We needed a cleaner for a move out clean. We paid $250 for a three bedroom one bathroom house. Excel basically takes $50 (the 'deposit') and the cleaner get the rest (I assume). I suppose the $50 'finders fee' is becoming redundant in the era of airtasker, but we had an excellent cleaner who was very well prepared with professional equipment and who only does moveouts. The quote by excel was accurate and they followed up afterwards. He worked within the budget and did a great job which passed the inspection with flying colors. The house was left very clean."
