No. Most of our regular clients give their cleaner a spare key or access code, and the cleaner locks up when they leave. If you'd prefer to be home, that's fine too — your cleaner will work around you.

Yes. We assign one cleaner to your home, and they come on the same day, at the same time, every visit. If your regular cleaner is ever unavailable, we'll let you know in advance and send a fill-in if you want it.

Most of our regular clients provide their own products and equipment — it keeps your costs down, and your cleaner uses what works in your home. If you'd rather we supplied everything, we can bring professional products and equipment for an additional charge. Just let us know when you book.
