Excel is a registered NDIS provider, so we work with self-managed, plan-managed, and NDIA-managed plans. We invoice the right party (you, your plan manager, or the NDIA), send compliant invoices, and handle any claims process. The admin stays off your plate.
Your support team can talk to ours.
If you have a support coordinator or plan manager, they can contact us directly to set up service, adjust your hours, or change tasks. You don't need to act as the go-between.
Your cleaner stays the same.
One person, every visit, who learns your home and your routine. Consistency matters more for NDIS participants than for most of our customers, and we run the service that way. If your cleaner is ever unavailable, we'll tell you in advance and send a trained replacement who's been briefed on your needs.
