Self-managed You pay us directly. We provide a compliant invoice after each visit, which you submit to claim reimbursement from your NDIS funds.

Plan-managed Your plan manager pays us directly. We send them the invoice after each visit. No paperwork on your end.

NDIA-managed We submit claims through the NDIS portal on your behalf. You don't need to handle any of the claims paperwork.

Yes. We assign a dedicated cleaner to each NDIS participant. They come on the same day, at the same time, and follow the same routine. If your regular cleaner is unavailable (sick or on leave), we'll let you know in advance and send a trained replacement who has been briefed on your needs.

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice; with less notice, the 2-hour minimum is billed against your plan to cover the cleaner's reserved time.
