End of lease pricing depends on the size of your property, the number of bathrooms, its condition, and any extras like carpet steam cleaning or external windows. Click See My Price to get an accurate quote on the spot, then we'll be in touch within 2 hours to discuss the details.

A typical end of lease clean takes 4 to 8 hours. A 1-bedroom apartment takes around 3 to 4 hours, while a 3-bedroom house takes 5 to 7 hours. Larger properties or homes that haven’t been cleaned regularly may take longer. We recommend booking the clean for the day after furniture removal. An empty property is faster and more thorough to clean.

We ask you to be there at the end of the clean. We walk through the property together, fix anything you flag on the spot, and you sign off before we leave. You don't need to be there for the whole clean, just at the sign-off.

That's why we walk through the property with you at the end of the clean. You flag anything you want fixed and we fix it on the spot. Once you sign off, the clean is complete and approved at the time, rather than waiting on the agent's inspection days later.

Most Melbourne leases require professional carpet steam cleaning at vacate. We can arrange this as an add-on to your end of lease clean so everything is done in one visit. Carpet cleaning is quoted per room on top of the standard vacate clean price.

Book at least 2 weeks before your move-out date. End of lease cleaning is busiest at the end of each month and during the December to February moving season. We can't always accommodate last-minute requests, so earlier is better.
